Price a sponsorship
Compare estimated quotes for your audience, platform and niche.
All 23 creator calculators, favorites and offline calculations. Android is free and ad-free. iPhone and iPad are a one-time paid download, with no ads or subscription.
At an assumed RPM of $3, 100,000 views would mean $300 in revenue. At $6 RPM, the same views would mean $600. Use your own RPM and keep sponsorship income separate.
Illustrative assumptions, not typical earnings or a payout forecast.
A creator commercial calculator for your next decision
Start with your own recent numbers: average views, revenue and production costs. Use the sponsorship calculator to explore a quote, the revenue tools to compare scenarios, and the engagement tools to understand audience response. These are planning estimates, not guaranteed payouts or a live database of market rates.
Keep revenue and profit separate
A brand deal brings in revenue, but production time, editing, travel and other costs affect what you keep. After exploring a sponsorship quote, use the content production cost calculator to check the work involved. Decide separately what to charge for usage rights, extra revisions or exclusivity.
The arithmetic uses the values you enter. Real earnings depend on your audience, platform, content and agreement. Use your own analytics and compare several scenarios; a calculator cannot promise a payout or a fair market price.
What is the difference between RPM and CPM?
RPM measures creator revenue per 1,000 views after the platform share. CPM measures advertiser cost per 1,000 ad impressions before that share. They use different denominators, so multiplying all video views by CPM does not give your take-home earnings.
Does YouTube RPM include my brand deals?
YouTube RPM does not usually include external brand deals or sponsorships. Keep those in a separate revenue line so you do not double-count them. Check your platform analytics for the revenue sources included in each metric.
What should I charge for a sponsorship?
The sponsorship calculator uses preset platform and niche assumptions to illustrate a range. It is not a market-rate database. Check the result against your production costs, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity and revisions before negotiating with a brand.
Can I use these calculators on my phone?
